How to update the server to latest version

If you have a dedicated server that uses the 1.0.1.3 or another previous version, you just have to update it to 1.0.1.4 in order to be able to list it in game`s serverbrowser.

Is an easy task. Follow this steps:

1. In your server`s folder you`ll find HldsUpdateTool.exe. Right click on it and and chose Create Shortcut. Right click on the shortcut and go to Properties. In Target field add this after HldsUpdateTool.exe :

-command update -game left4dead -dir . -retry

2. Download L4D No Steam patch and install it to your SERVER\l4d folder.

To see the changes, after you start it, console type version.
